I also continued my professional development through post-graduate training such as “Meditation and Psychotherapy,” “Cognitive Behavior Therapy course for treating Anxiety, Depression, and Trauma,” “DBT,” ”Art-Therapeutic Techniques,” “Life Coaching” and so on.
I provide a supportive, judgment-free space and facilitate developing new coping skills, awareness, self-discovery, growth, and healing.

My integrative approach includes various modalities such as CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy), ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy), DBT (Dialectical Behavioral Therapy), Psychodynamic approach, Mindfulness-Based techniques, Art-Therapeutic techniques, and so on.
