Stella Badalyan, MHC-LP

“Stella Badalyan, MHC-LP“

I obtained graduate degrees in Psychology and Mental Health Counseling.

I also continued my professional development through post-graduate training such as “Meditation and Psychotherapy,” “Cognitive Behavior Therapy course for treating Anxiety, Depression, and Trauma,” “DBT,” ”Art-Therapeutic Techniques,” “Life Coaching” and so on.

I provide a supportive, judgment-free space and facilitate developing new coping skills, awareness, self-discovery, growth, and healing.

I believe in an individual and integrative approach; therefore, the tools and techniques will be different depending on your needs! Through collaboration and building a strong therapeutic relationship, we will then be working towards achieving your desired goals and opening new opportunities for you.

My integrative approach includes various modalities such as CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy), ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy), DBT (Dialectical Behavioral Therapy), Psychodynamic approach, Mindfulness-Based techniques, Art-Therapeutic techniques, and so on.

I worked with individuals and groups of all ages: adults, adolescents, and children.

Trilingual – English/Armenian/Russian therapy is available.

You might be someone who knows what she/he wants and does not know how to get there, or you might be someone who feels stuck, feels that something is not right or that something is missing in your life. You might also be someone satisfied with your own life, but wanting to move forward and create something new and inspiring. Wherever you are right now is a perfect place to start.
